AMEX

American Stock Exchange (AMEX) used to be the second largest stock exchange in the United States, located near Wall Street in New York, and is now the third largest stock exchange in the United States. The business model of the American Stock Exchange is roughly the same as that of the New York Stock Exchange.

But the difference is that the American Stock Exchange is the only exchange that can trade stocks, options and financial derivatives at the same time. It is also the only exchange that focuses on small and medium-sized companies that are easy to be ignored and provides them with a range of services to increase their attention.

Through forming strategic partnerships with small and medium-sized listed companies, American Stock Exchange helps them enhance the value of their management and shareholders, and ensures that all the listed companies have a fair and orderly market trading environment.
