Has the enabled token application been deleted or reinstalled?

If the Futu token has been enabled, but the token cannot be used. That's normally because of the deletion of the token application or the factory reset of the mobile phone operating system, the following two solutions can help solve the problem quickly:

1. Please call the customer service hotline, Hong Kong: +852-2523-3588, Other Regions: 400-870-1818.

2. Click Online Consultation and contact customer service online.
