Our Rewards Club is exclusively open to Futu users. You can redeem your points for various rewards in our Rewards Club.
To access our "Rewards Club", please go to "Me > Redeem Points".
Our rewards are restocked twice daily at 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time. If the item you want is not available, please check again after the next restocking time.
You can redeem your points for a variety of rewards; however, for certain items, points can be redeemed only once a month. Please refer to the descriptions specific to those items.
From January 1, 2023, merchandise redemption is limited to two times per user per year. Merchandise redemption is only available for clients who have deposited or transferred stocks, while coupon redemption is not limited.
To view your points, please go to "Task Center - Points Details", or go to "Redeem Points - Points Details".
To view your rewards, please go to "Redeem Points - Redeemed".
If any user were found to have redeemed points for rewards by improper means (including but not limited to cheating, using multiple accounts to redeem points, disrupting the system, or carrying out cyber-attacks), Futu reserves the right to cancel his/her redemption orders and withhold his/her redeemed points.
